We collect the minimum information necessary to assess whether someone is a good fit for our team. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes described below.

When you apply for a role, we collect:

• Contact details (name, email, phone number, location)
• Education information (university, degree, major, graduation year)
• Professional information (occupation, internships, work experience, profile URLs)
• Technical skills and AI-related experience you tell us about
• Your answers to application questions
• Your resume, which is stored securely and never published
• Basic technical metadata (IP address, browser type) used for security

When you contact us about a project through our intake form, we collect your name, email, organization and the project details you provide. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is never shared outside the company.

This information is provided voluntarily by you when you submit an application and may be supplemented with publicly available information from profiles you link (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub).

Personal information is used for:

• Recruitment and candidate evaluation
• Communication about your application
• Hiring administration and record keeping
• Improving our application process and website
• Security, fraud prevention and spam protection

Applications are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless: you are hired (in which case records are kept as part of your employment), or we are required to keep them longer by law.

If you are not selected we may keep basic details for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete your information earlier.

Your information is shared only with people involved in evaluating your application at Synthium Labs. We use third-party services for email delivery and secure file storage; your resume is never made publicly accessible. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

We use transport-layer encryption, secure file storage with restricted access, rate limiting and abuse protection on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use privacy-conscious analytics that does not collect personal information. Where analytics are enabled, we only track page views and form interactions at an aggregate level. We do not use advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@synthiumlabs.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days. You may also withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

Our services and recruitment are directed at adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
