    Capability assessment

    Qualified candidates complete a role-specific assessment that looks like real work.

    Interview

    A conversation with our team about your approach, your interests and how you think.

  5. 05

    Project calibration

    Training on project-specific guidelines and gold-standard tasks until the bar is met.

  6. 06

    Production eligibility

    Calibration passed — you're cleared for production work, with continuous QA from here.
